In order be able to offer you an interesting price, we had to make Hostergo very resource-effective. This keeps our costs down. We also designed Hostergo to require little to no technical support. We made version upgrades seamless. Our design efforts made a low priced Hostergo service possible.

2. Where is my data stored physically ?
We rely on selected hosting providers in the UK & US to store Hostergo data and applications.
3. How can I change the looks of my Hostergo store ?
The CSS editor in the WordPress Hostergo interface allows you to customize the look & feel of your pages.
4. What about Hostergo and SEO. Is it good for search engines ?
We take SEO seriously, that’s why we made sure simple and are search engine accessible.
Our pages have no fancy design and have just the information your customers need. This makes them ideal for SEO.
5. What does it mean that Hostergo is in ‘beta’?
Basically, it means that it is constantly evolving. We’re still working on adding new features, so you’re welcome with any ideas.
6. Does Hostergo comply with PCI/PA DSS standards ?
It does not have to.
These standards apply to systems that collect, process and store credit card information.
We rely on third party payment systems to process credit cards: Google Checkout, Paypal, Authorize.NET, and 2CheckOut.
We use PCI DSS compliant providers only.
7. Do you sell custom development for Hostergo?
Yes we do, drop us an email letting us know how we can help you.
8. What if I need a custom feature added to Hostergo?
Please submit it on the Ideas page. We will pick the most popular ideas and then implement them.
9. How do I report a bug?

10. Can I extend Hostergo with my code? Is there an API?
We don’t have an API at the moment, but it is in our plans. You can vote for it on the Ideas page.
11. Where can I find a user manual for Hostergo ?
There is no manual, nor will there be one in the future. We believe that if a product requires a user manual, then it’s not user-friendly enough already. We want Hostergo to be obvious to the user. So if you have found something complicated and need information, please ask us the question.
Our objective is constant refinement – taking your feedback and improving our product so that you can use it effectively without having to refer to any books or manuals.
12. Does Hostergo support Polls? Newsletters? Does it have a CMS built in ?
No. Instead of trying to put all possible site features into one product, we made a product that would be absolutely the best at just one thing: it’s the best hosting management & billing software available. And as Hostergo can be added to any WordPress web site,you can use whatever newsletter management plugin you think is the best, and so on. It gives you the flexibility to use it as one great component among many.
13. I have not found an answer to my question here. What should I do ?
First search our Knowledge base for an answer. Also you can ask the Hostergo community for help on our Forums.
If you want Hostergo to do something it cannot do at the moment, that’s not a problem at all!
